Convertfastly provides online file conversion services that allow users to convert files between various formats including images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, etc.) and documents (PDF, DOCX, etc.).

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Only upload files that you own or have permission to convert
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Not upload files containing viruses or malware
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or convert files that:

  • Contain illegal content
  • Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property
  • Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Contain content that is harmful to minors
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. File Handling

Regarding your uploaded files:

  • Files are temporarily stored only for conversion purposes
  • Files are automatically deleted after download or within 24 hours
  • We do not access, view, or share your files
  • We are not responsible for backing up your files

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty
  • We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Maintenance may require temporary downtime

7. Limitations

The Service has the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size: 100 MB per file
  • Supported formats are listed on our homepage
  • Conversion quality may vary depending on source file
  • Processing time depends on file size and server load

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Conversion results will be perfect or accurate
  • Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Damage to your computer or device
  • Any other damages arising from use of the Service

10. Intellectual Property

The Convertfastly name, logo, and Service design are our intellectual property. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our branding
  • Create derivative works based on the Service
  • Reverse engineer the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms
  • Block users who abuse the Service
  • Remove content that violates these terms
